Peak Pro Home Services is led by Josh Shoemaker, a licensed and insured general contractor with 20+ years of consulting and project management experience. He is a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) through the National Association of Home Builders, and he is certified by the IICRC for mold remediation and water damage restoration.
Josh works with Tyler and with Noe, the lead man, two names customers mention in their reviews. Together they take on the repairs that come out of a home inspection, the moisture and mold problems behind them, and the safety upgrades that let older adults stay in the house they know. If you have an inspection report, the inspection repair service starts there: send it over and an estimate comes back within 24 hours.
We work with realtors, landlords, seniors and families across the Yakima Valley and Central Washington. For agents and sellers that means repairs finished in time to close. What we do, and what we do not
We are not a handyman list. We focus on safety, moisture, and inspection-driven repairs rather than small punch lists or cosmetic painting-only projects.
